Demographics

Grapevine is home to just under 50,000 in population and has maintained a steady growth rate over the last several years. In addition, the community benefits from the growth of the surrounding Dallas/Fort Worth market which is forecast to reach more than 10 million and 16,768,007 million respectively by 2050 and that will represent 30.4% of the States total population. The projected population for the State will be 55,205,312 by 2050.  More than half of that market is within 25 miles of Grapevine.
